The typhoon tofu was brilliantly prepared
This is a great Chinese place in Rotterdam which I visited a few times. What I like the most is the unique flavors and preparations, which do not taste like anything else in other Chinese restaurants (which often taste the same). Dishes I liked: The Typhoon tofu was brilliantly prepared, crispy lotus, Ha Kau (although a basic dish, many restaurants can screw this one up, not this place), hot & sour soup, the duck, golden squid.
